Joey Coast-Man & Eddie Chambers

Joey Coast-Man is the creator and host of BoxHard Boxing Podcast. He was able to connect with boxers through Twitter, which led him to meet former Heavyweight world title challenger Eddie Chambers. They became good friends and Joey walked Eddie out to the ring for a fight on live TV. After meeting other British fighters through Eddie, Joey’s love for boxing ignites even more and he decided to start his own podcast.

He had different co-hosts at first but eventually teamed up with Eddie as his regular co-host. Now they’ve done over 400 episodes together and have interviewed tons of famous boxers, including over 100 world champions!

Standout Features of the BoxHard Podcast

The podcast BoxHard Boxing stands out because it explains things in great detail. When the hosts talk about upcoming fights, they don’t just say who’s fighting; they talk about how these fighters fight, their strong points, and their weaknesses. It’s like getting an insider’s glance at their strategies. After the fight, they break it down bit by bit and explain why certain incidents occurred. This helps you understand the fight much better.

BoxHard Boxing conducts in-depth conversations with a boxing guest or two. Be it boxers, trainers, or industry experts. During these interviews, they openly share their difficulties, their victories, and even personal accounts that aren’t generally made public. Similar to obtaining backstage access to the boxing industry.

The podcast stays up-to-date with the latest boxing news, ensuring that listeners are always in the loop about significant events, matchups, and developments. They take it upon themselves to promptly deliver these important updates to you without having to search for news yourself. You won’t miss any of the thrilling events taking on in the boxing world.

Moreover, BoxHard offers a variety of content to appeal to a range of preferences. If you’re really into boxing, it’s amazing since they speak about technical things like how fighters use their skills. But they also provide clear explanations, making it simple for those without much boxing knowledge to grasp. Hardcore followers and fresh listeners may both appreciate the show in this way.

Areas Where the Podcast Could Raise the Bar

I notice that there are some technical glitches, such as audio quality problems. However, these instances seem to be relatively rare.  But don’t worry, because these are not a frequent occurrence.

It’s also vital to note that some episodes are fairly long. While the show really deep dives into the discussion, it might feel a bit overwhelming for individuals who are looking for quicker summaries or more concise insights. This is something to keep in mind, especially if you don’t have much time or prefer shorter information.
